I've been wanting to find an earring organizer with the whole chicken wire look for quite some time... with no luck of finding one to purchase, I thought to myself, "how hard could it be to make?" and went on about my way to get er' done!!!  

I picked up a rustic wood frame at Hobby Lobby... and some chicken wire and a staple gun at Home Depot... and VOILA!!! Now... I have somewhere to actually hang my earrings and not lose them!!! I'm pretty happy with how it turned out... and that there is room to buy more!!! lol... I am sure my hubby will be thrilled to hear that.   

I was following the story of the massive tornado all day yesterday... An enormous tornado roared through the Oklahoma City suburbs, killing at least 51 people, including 20 children Monday.  This thing was two-miles-wide and completely pulverized entire city blocks, left behind miles of mangled cars and splintered wood, and destroyed an elementary school where seven children were found dead.

The tornado tore a 20-mile path, was on the ground for 40 minutes...What a nightmare... and an absolutely devastating event.  My thoughts and prayers are with the families in tornado alley that have experienced heartbreak from these vicious weather patterns :(  I can't imagine the pure fright that these people experienced.

Over the weekend our good friends Sam and Amity got married at a beautiful barn... Check out how beautiful it was when they said their "I do's"

We all had so much fun...

During cocktail hour, an ice cream truck came to deliver all sorts of yummy treats... who doesn't love dessert before dinner!??!?! mmmmm.... Scott and I got to go inside and serve it up a bit hahahahaha!!!

This last pic sums it up... the day was full of love... I love weddings and Samity's wedding was absolutely gorgeous, and I wish them a long and happy life together!!!
